The photo on the right is the before picture. When she took testosterone it triggered the male pattern baldness that runs in her family.

That's actually supposed to be a woman?
The shoulder width to head width ratio is off in the photo on the right. Each shoulder is the same width as the head. Women's shoulders are half the width of their heads.

Yeah. Attractive people have life easier than most.
There's no reason to sabotage what they have going for them.
Unless you're an aging Hollywood celebrity, then you may go for the pig-tailed space alien makeover.

Some women have broad shoulders, especially if they do sport like swimming. Let's avoid falling into the TRAs stereotypes.

Actually I think most of them have "broad" shoulders. There seems to be this idea that women's hips should be wider than their shoulders, when realistically most don't even have them at equal width.

Some women have broad shoulders, especially if they do sport like swimming.
Women can have muscular shoulders, but the width doesn't increase.
Let's avoid falling into the TRAs stereotypes.
Adult female gymnasts can have large deltoids, and developed and angular trapezious muscles from neck to shoulder
Regular exercise can never expand the width and span of the bones in a woman's shoulders, but male puberty does. The bone structure defines the shoulder width.
The male bone growth is irreversible.

Sometimes women can have naturally broad shoulders down to the bones. But in their case the male version would be extra-broad.

Do you have any examples?

Unfortunately I don't pay close attention to celebrities. I have some irl examples, but I'm not willing to breach their privacy for the sake of this argument.

You can't think of historical or public examples, but you know some in real life?
That's not very convincing.

I don't look at pop culture all day.
That's a pretty weak excuse for someone who's regularly on this site.
You can't support your argument, because "pop culture all day".

Unlike MtF treatments, FtM treatments are actually somewhat effective.

FtM treatments are actually somewhat effective.
They can look like a duck, and act similar like less masculine duck.
Also, in most instances a male duck's genitals aren't visible...
They may have killed the "looks like a duck" analogy.
If.. it looks like a donkey.. and acts like a donkey...
And is hung like a donkey..
