I will acknowledge that this one at least went all-in on it and apparently stayed the course. That seems to take from the realm of "I'm doing this because I'm a porn-sick weirdo, obsessed with chasing clout, or otherwise just too stupid to think for myself" and more into "something in my head is seriously fucked up, and this is the only way for me to deal with it besides roping."

This is all I've ever really expected. Be about it. If you wanna be a cat you're drinking from a saucer and getting sprayed with a water bottle when you touch my countertops. If you want to be a man, at least make me guess if you might really be one. It's all still royally fucked, just be about it.

I agree. It shows at least a little bit of respect to the people who have to interact with you to make an effort, rather than expect them to call you whatever while doing nothing yourself to try to make it make more sense.
