Mom's got crazy eyes.

This video is a perfect encapsulation of what's going on with trans kids. Shitty parenting (and weird sexual dynamics), lack of connections to the outside world (friends/hobbies), mild autism or untreated comorbidities, all seemingly insurmountable obstacles for this lazy skidmark of a mother - until...what's that? A magic solution to everything?

They don't even care that their kid wants to obliterate themselves and be replaced with a living fantasy. You could think about that for ten seconds and see what it really is. But this bitch don't think.

I wonder if this isn't one of those moms who wants her kid to be hot and popular like she was in high school. The kid's not measuring up, so she's pushing transition as a Plan B.

Have you ever seen a more joyful teenager?

Another Munchausens Mommie, need to add her to the list for future prosecution when this shit all falls down and the world regains its damn senses.

I wonder if the kid wanted to transition, of if the parent pushed it as a cure for her detachment and apathy.

We can't say for certain obviously, but one thing's pretty certain here: the girl in that video definitely doesn't have the temperament nor the demeanor of someone who is confident about their decision.

No! No, don't be insane! There's nothing unhealthy about this... Anyway, she's gonna look So hot with a beard! Mmmmm, tell me again what kind of beard you want, honey. God, you're going to be hotter than your father. Ohhh, let's pick out the kind of beard you want and the style to figure out what's just going to make me the wettest you the hottest.

I'm guessing the dynamic is something like the overbearing parent going on about how "kid should act like a normal girl" or something a bit too much, maybe the kid start internalizing like "I'd not have this problem if I was a boy" maybe they find something to that effect, then the parent just jumps on it.

There's almost a weird kind of spite going on, like the mom's expecting the daughter to hate the outcome so she can go "you see what happens you little snot"

Seems right on the money to me.

Seems like this kid is doing it to make mom happy. But I wonder if she's aware that once the testosterone does it's thing there's no going back.

Oh well I guess she'll find out the hard way.

It doesn't look like she has much of a choice here so I do feel bad for her. I doubt Munchausen-mom here has explained any of this shit to her. Hope kiddo gets out of there in time. On the other hand, the ones that willfully ignore warnings and then act surprised and cry annoy me to no end. Strangely enough those always end up looking like shriveled up stinkfruit instead of the anime boys they wanted to be.

Yeah, this video is horrible. Mom isn't asking questions, she's demanding (the right) answers. And what a weird, unnatural setup, with both of them glaring/staring at the camera instead of them facing each other or the kid talking about how she's feeling. Just drill-mom snapping out demands and going thin-lipped when she doesn't approve of the answer. Look at her face at the "not really-s" she's ready to jump that poor kid for ruining her grand presentation.

For real, why doesn't she just transition? And judging from the look of her, she's one of these woke white women who think men (well, white men) are the villains to her main character. Why would you let your daughter transition to male? Isn't that like telling Jews in WWII era Germany to join the Nazi Party?

Attention from her fellow woke, white women friends and social media followers. Munchausen’s Syndrome by Proxy is all about getting the sweet, sweet attention and sympathy.

Perked right up at the thought of growing a beard though. Too bad that probably aint happening lol.

They might get some wispy peach fuzz that any dude with an ounce of self respect would shave off.

I think, at her age, injecting yourself with Testosterone will likely result in some changes. She'll probably bulk up, though I doubt her skeleton is going to change significantly, so she'll always have a fairly feminine frame, just with more muscle. I'd say a beard would be certain, though it will always be on that feminine looking face. I'd also say there's a good chance her voice will break.

If you pump male or female hormones into a body on the cusp of puberty, it'll have a difficult and confusing effect, no doubt. I'm not sure what the results would be if she decided she was just a normal young woman having a hard time socially and with her body changes and wanted to stop - I guess the voice changes would be permanent, but if you let your body return to a balanced state of natural female hormones over time, would your beard stop growing? On instinct I kinda feel like the answer is no, because testosterone drops in men as they age, and some people even have issues where it drops more than most, but their beards still grow?...

... Is there a doctor or a biologist of some kind in the house?

I've seen a few young transmen who start to go quite bald after a few years. I suspect that is a panic inducing development for an awful lot of them. I know that most men don't love it if they go bald but it's something that they have a degree of preparation for through their lives, especially if their older male relatives are bald. But hair is such a massive big deal for girls and women in a way I don't think it is for boys/men. I suspect that even if a kid thinks she wants to be a man and cuts it really short, seeing her hairline recede causes feelings she wasn't remotely prepared for.

Remember that video of the woman who went through everything to try and become a man, then ended up crying about how lonely and isolating and hard and unkind the world is towards men and she wasn't prepared for trying to live in a world that doesn't give a fuck about you and doesn't think you're amazing for just being you?... I imagine baldness might be like that. You sort of romanticize it: "When I'm a man, I'll be strong and have a beard and be tall and people will be respectful and intimidated by me! I'll confidently hit on women and get a better job and never get tired or overwhelmed! It'll be amazing!!"... Then your hair goes down the drain and suddenly it hits you... Everyone has their own battles, you just never understood that life is hard for everyone.

I don't believe stories like that because she wouldn't have been treated as a man because nobody passes in real life. Some ftms pass in photos but not once you see them moving, talking or around other people where their odd proportions are obvious compared to everyone around them. So she wouldn't have been treated like a man but like someone that was setting off warning bells in the brains of everyone around her. Saying she didn't like being treated like a man was just a delusional coping method.

[–]NastyWetSmear 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Let me see if I can find the video. I think she passes as a very small, feminine man.
Here we go. - Obviously crying about how hard it is not to be loved by everyone gives away that she didn't grow up as a man, but otherwise, at a glance? I'd say that's a dude.

[–]Wanderingthehalls 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

That's not real life though. Even with the very tight aspect ratio she looks like she has tiny shoulders that don't go with her head. She will have a woman's gait. People have been shown to be able to identify men and women based on their gait alone. Meeting a person with a man's head on an odd body that it doesn't match, with a woman's gait will make people react unnaturally because even if they can't tell exactly why this person makes them feel uneasy, they will still feel uneasy. Even people with the best of the 'be kind' intentions will react in a closed off manner to someone that they read as being wrong. It's a normal human reaction to oddity. This woman has no idea whatsoever how people react to men. She only knows how they react to women compared to how they react to uncanny valley people.

You might be right, in the full view it might all fall apart. That's why I said it would need to be a very small, feminine man - Because while her face looks pretty masculine, I doubt her frame is the same.

Either way, I say that's pretty good, even if the whole thing ends up being Uncanny Valley when seen in full. You gotta admit, women who become men have it easier than the men trying to become women. One of those looks like an unfortunate man who didn't get enough protein growing up... The other way around it's never quite so easy.

It's easier to add to a smaller thing to make it look bigger than to make a bigger thing look smaller. A man's skeletal proportions are bigger than a woman's. Even an individual woman who is bigger than an individual man will have smaller proportions. So a woman can take testosterone, lift a lot of heavy weights to bulk up her shoulders and grow a beard to hide her female jaw. Which will go some way to disguising the womanliness underneath. But a man can't disguise male shoulders and male jawline as they are bigger than a woman's. The best option transwomen have to pass is to be morbidly obese. 200-300lbs of excess fat will hide a lot.

This woman looks angry every time this teen says "no". I honestly think this poor kid got screamed at the moment the camera was off...

Also the clipped way she's speaking, like she's interrogating or literally trying to put words into her kid's mouth instead of her speaking naturally, borders on drill sergeant vibes. I'd bet she wants to monetize this somehow. That poor poor girl.

I don't understand why she even posted it. Who thinks this looks like anything other than damning evidence against a child abuse cult?

I wonder if her kid wanted to emulate black culture, if she would dress her up in blackface and send her out into the world.

Poor girl's clitoris must look like a Bryan Lil' Smoky.
