What do you think about Transmedicalism? I think this is the only Trans ideology that makes sense. A person would have to fully biologically transition.

No, they're doing the best they can to change their sex, and I don't think they believe they're actually the same as someone who was born as that sex.

No, the treatments do work a little bit. Just not nearly enough. It's better than nothing for many.
