Not a man but I can see how easy it'd be for some nutcase to claim something happened.

Not to mention they've likely never seen how awful womens toilets can get when someone goes full nutcase.

That’s one of my concerns for sure, I’m always banging on about personal safeguarding, after all.

The other major one is that I think we all need privacy in the toilet and at work the best we can get is single sex facilities.

Neither of those are on a par with the safety concerns that women have, but they’re still valid.

I saw Helen Joyce make this point on a podcast. Having intimate spaces sex-segregated protects men from wrongful claims of sexual wrongdoing. I don't think men are as vulnerable to women as vice-versa, generally, but they still deserve privacy from random women in those circumstances. Plus, the videos I've seen on social media of trans identified young females lead me to believe they're not above acting insane in those spaces.

Yeah everyone deserves a private space to use the bathroom. Even if it's just to take a moment to gather themselves.
