My prediction is if this kind of advertising keeps up, then there will be a psychological impact where normal men and women will stop seeing lingerie as sexy and buy less of it, tanking the lingerie market, bankrupting a whole lot of niche outlets like this one. They are unwittingly sabotaging their own business.

I laughed, but your comment is insightful as well.

I can't see anything else happening if they continue with this. The purpose of that kind of underwear is entirely for women to look and feel sexy and for mainly men, to view it as sexy. Not many women are going to feel sexy in underwear that brings to mind a balding man with a beard and plentiful body hair. Not many men are going to feel turned on seeing their girlfriend/wife dressed up like a balding man with a beard and plentiful body hair. It doesn't matter how much of an 'ally' you want to be, this is a complete bonerkiller for the vast majority of people.

This is probably true.

Most guys aren't that into all of that anyway, but they'll buy it for women it it makes them happy.

The absence of these peripheral details is rarely a deal breaker.

Man are generally goal/target oriented. It's unlikely they'll be thinking of the foolish weirdos wearing similar things.

If a man sees a woman in a revealing outfit, he's definitely not recalling a weirdo in drag who may have worn something similar.

However, I could imagine a woman making that connection to someone else wearing a similar outfit.
I've seen "Who wore it better" in magazines, so maybe that concept applies here.

Instead, the weirdos will buy it and wear it themselves in private, or around other weirdos. Unspeakable things will occur, and it won't be cool.

And perhaps they'll also wear it at the library while reading books to the children of tragically negligent parents.

I think it's already happening

Many will find some other kink alternative, and the degeneracy tailspin will continue.

Shit, at this point, they may as well go ahead and allow billboards showing some 'roided out gym rat in a porny SS uniform. If they're going to publicly allow this sort of fetish crap, then let the ones with the deeply repressed Nazi fetish get something fun to look at as well.

Ironically, that would be illegal in Germany - you can dress up as anything except a Nazi.

Are they just admitting that the 'trans' version of 'woman' is a sexual fantasy?

Also who is this for? AGPs? Because it's not going to convince any actual women.

Are lingerie advertisements for women or for men? (Or well lesbians I guess)

Like seriously, I've never understood the idea of sexy underwear except to appeal to the lurid desires. And even then it'd not like I'd want to spend money on some skimpy underwear you're going to wear for 5 minutes before you just take it off and do your business.

Is that shit comfortable? Like just wear a T-shirt. Geez.

Anyway this guy is rocking the "stay away from me vibe" maybe it's a good way to market to recluses? Hey guys are you tired of unwanted attention from women? Find that tank tops and alcoholism is no longer working for you, we here at Victoria's secret have the answer to your problems! Introducing women's lingerie, for men! She'll never talk to you again, leaving you to focus on the important things in life, like football games and alcoholism.

Because we all know the last time German society did stuff like this, it ended well…

But I heard about this poster like, one year ago, if not more. This is old news.

It's just marketing. Remember, marketing defeated Bud Light, something no one thought would happen.
