That is clear incitement to violence, though I'm not what the UK laws are on this, I'd assume this is not protected speech

England and Wales not UK, Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own legal systems and laws.

Incitement was replaced in 2008, by the Serious Crime Act 2007 with the offence of “encouraging” but not being a Barrister or Solicitor I actually don’t know how to interpret those three sections of the law relating to the “encouraging” offences. It looks like he may have committed an offence but I’m not sure.

I also wonder whether he may have committed an offence under the Racial or Religious Hatred Act 2006 seeing as gender critical opinions are considered legally to be protected beliefs.

It’ll probably take an actual test case to work it all out. Be hilarious if he inadvertently brought about a legal situation where calling people TERFs or using the rhetoric that they often do or those mostly peaceful protests they have when anyone wants to share an opinion that they don’t like, become illegal acts of religious hatred.

Not sure I like the chilling of free speech that that would entail, but it would make me laugh.

England and Wales not UK

They aren't? Lol, me is ignorant American - England, UK, Britain, all very confusing. I thought 'UK' included both England and Wales, but I guess it doesn't

I thought they did have hate speech laws though (which the US does not), and saying 'punch TERFs' seems like it would qualify as hate speech directed at a protected group if one is going by general principle

UK is England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, but when you talk laws you talk about (England & Wales), (Scotland) and (Northern Ireland) each has their own legal system and laws. Some laws cover all, but each has their own court system and procedures.

So a criminal offence in London falls under the laws for England & Wales.

The hate speech laws (Racial or Religious Hatred Act, mentioned above) only ever seem to be enforced against mental people screaming the n-word at strangers on the bus. I think the Crown Prosecution Service really only ever pushes ahead with prosecutions under those offences if they have overwhelming evidence because of the chilling effect those laws could have and I think the tests are quite thought to actually pass. Screaming the n-word at random people in public is a slam dunk.

Thanks for the clarification. I definitely was not clear on those distinctions, but probably should be given I read the Dailymail pretty regularly

CGP Grey has a great explanation of it all (and it gets quite complex).

The laws don't matter what matter is the culture.

Because UK is known as TERF island and people like JKR live there, this person can be prosecuted.

If this was the US though, not really.

A transgender activist who served 30 years in jail for attempted murder has told the crowd at a Trans Pride march if they saw a 'TERF', they should punch them in the face.

Sarah Jane Baker was one of the speakers at the Trans+ Pride event in London yesterday and used her speech to call for violence against those critical of trans ideology.

She told the crowd: 'I was gonna come here and be really fluffy and be really nice and say yeah be really lovely and queer and gay... Nah, if you see a TERF, punch them in the f****** face.'

The Trans+ Pride event yesterday saw thousands march through London in what they referred to as the 'biggest-ever' call for Trans rights.

The event concluded with speeches by activists in Hyde Park Corner. One of them was Baker, who took the stage holding an Antifa flag.

Baker was originally jailed for kidnapping and torturing her stepmother's brother, she was then convicted while behind bars of the attempted murder of another inmate. She was released in 2019.

If this person is out of prison on licence, they may be going back after those comments - seems to be straight up incitement to violence which would almost certainly breach the terms of any licence.

Unfortunately if that were going to happen it would have already, since this definitely isn't the first time he's made comments like this. I'm sure the fact he's acquainted with a number of Labour MPs has nothing to do with that

I think likely they are dragging their feet on putting him back in prison because they know he will be sent to a women's prison and probably kill a woman.

[–]ClassroomPast6178[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

I don’t think he would be sent to a women’s prison, not with the current Home Secretary. Especially if he’s returned for threatening women.

[–]William_World 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

current home secretary is woke

[–]jet199 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Then the judges will just let him lose, as has already happened in numerous cases.

[–]ClassroomPast6178[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Break the terms of your licence iirc there are no judges involved, you’re just recalled to prison.

They love violence, and threats of violence, until of course they find themselves on the receiving end. Then they run crying to anyone who will listen.

[–]ClassroomPast6178[S] 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

I can’t remember a time when any gender critical individual or such threatened a Troon. Every gender critical person I see talking is at pains to say that they don’t wish harm on anyone and they usually separate TRAs from peaceful troons.

[–]Clown_Chan 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Well, not me. I totally wish as much harm as possible to troons, even the "peaceful" ones, but I would never to that myself or openly incite violence just like this troon does.

It’s interesting whether they would close the case so quickly if it was a bunch of men talking about punching troons. Methinks not.

[–]LyingSpirit472 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Honestly, considering that pretty much everyone knows to an extremist like this, their definition of "TERF" is "anyone who is not at this rally right now- and honestly, I'm looking a little side-eyed at all of you" would mean they would still close the case.

[–]Clown_Chan 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

Oh, thast's not really ladylike at all.

Such agression, typical with someone who is full of testosterone. No woman would act like this, not even the butchest of the dykes.

[–]jet199 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

I think he cut his balls off and ate them so not likely to be full of testosterone right now.

However the effects of exposure can't be reversed.

[–]Clown_Chan 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Still plenty of testosterone in his degenerate brain.

A man don't magically stop being male after cutting off his manhood, he's still have a male brain that makes him act and think like a man.

[–]bucetao6969Ace Spectrum 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Same for trans man. Did you see that viral trans man that transitioned and kept crying like a little bitch? Lol!

[–]Clown_Chan 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Of course, trans men are as much disgusting and entitled as male troons.

No, sorry I didn't see that, I try to avoid watching troons as much as possible, lol

[–]Ferretman 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Huh.

[–]UncleWillard56 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Just shows how stupid and out of touch these fucktards are. Why would you ever let someone like this speak for your organization? Troons discrediting themselves.

[–]TitsAndWhiskeyPronoun: My Nigga 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Ah, the ol’ “punch a Nazi” rhetoric resurfaces.

Kinda wish they had enshrined this into law, honestly. “TitsAndWhiskey, why did you punch that man? You’re going to jail!”

“Sir, he was a Nazi.”

“Oh, terribly sorry for the inconvenience. On your way, then!”

[–]William_World 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

they're scared of nazis but probably would punch a woman terf

[–]Clown_Chan 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Such a pathetic, weak cowards.

They would sooner shit themselves than punch another man, women are much easier target to terrorize.
