Well, don't people realize the answer is- you needed to know who they were already. If people just knew their presence on the Internet and were obsessed with them to the point they couldn't go a day without thinking about them, they'd KNOW their pronouns. Saying they don't is saying they aren't special, and saying they're not special is rape. QED.
