Irony is, in days gone by the ACLU would have opposed this ruling with every fibre of their being, now I would expect that they’d write an amicus brief supporting it.

The ACLU used to fight for rights, even for terrible people. It didn't matter, because the point was to maintain human rights so everyone could have them. Now, they're just a left wing hate group. They should just have to register as a PAC.

Now they ~only~ fight for rights for terrible people...

Yeah, it’s quite a change from the ACLU of the past and the ACLU post-2010ish.

2010 is my reference year for most social changes. It was the transition to a new era. And Smith-Mundt act revisions were timed up perfectly to make it happen. There's a countless number of things that changed in the early 2010s too.

"I advocate for equal rights for all, when you are in power, because that is according to your principles" "I oppress you, when I am in power, because that is according to my principles" - Jews
The difference is that the jews were not in full control of the US power structure back then, so naturally, they advocated for everyone to be treated equally and for everyone to have fundamental rights, so that the power structure couldn't discriminate against their attempt to seize power. Now, the jews have acquired power so they no longer need to appeal to "fundamental rights". Instead they benefit from a system that can oppress its political enemies. That's why "white supremacy" is the biggest threat to their "democracy".

Do you genuinely believe it's just Jews or could you make the same claim about "leftists" while pointing out that Jews are overwhelming leftists. But not all leftists are Jews. Not even close to half. I know it sounds like I'm shilling for Jewish supremacists, but I just can't imagine the problem is exclusive to one tribe like that.
Either way, your point is dead on. The "others" talked a big game about equality, then took over society and immediately discriminated against whites, males, Christians, non-LGBTQP, etc... Now the right is begging for equality and getting called racist for egalitarian ideology. Hell, plenty of righties even support anti-white and anti-male bullshit too. The legal discrimination kind, and everything.

At this point, yes. "Leftists" are complicit in their assistance to jewish power, but so are "rightists" like Trump supporters.
The left/right divide is simply that. Division of the working class. You can pick your jew puppet Biden (all his grandchildren are jewish) or jew puppet Trump (all his grandchidlren are jewish).

It took a long time to accept that jews were at the center of this for me, but once I did, everything becomes so easily explainable. Your questions of "why would anyone even do that?" becomes "let's check his early life section on wikipedia" and even my egalitarian color blind eyes could not unsee what I saw. It should happen once every 50 time you check but it's more like half the time. An example, yesterday a Doctor was spewing bullshit about the corona vaccines and he refused to go on a debate show on Joe Rogan, I went to check his early life and yes, Dr. Hotez was a jew- because of course he was. https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1670318888905523200

Mighty Ira is a terrific watch (bonus interview), he can lay out and defend left-liberal principles in a way that gets opponents to reexamine their own ones
after 2016 the ACLU's new face is Chase Strangio, whose principles don't extend beyond "someone made me mad today by reminding me of what I supported last week, which lawyers and Twitter mods do I call to get them fired and cut off from ever expressing themselves in a public forum?"
