Oh goodness, I'd almost forgotten about the CHAZ shitshow :D.

And it almost instantly turns into the African Warlord Adventure Tour. And the people getting fucked up in there wouldn't talk to the cops even when it was obvious that they'd been attacked, because they were that far into the "ACAB" mindset. The cherry on that shit sundae, however, was the mayor (Durkin, I think) who was all for it suddenly changing her mind when it looked like it was going to spread in ways she didn't like and going from "the police are bad, m'kay, power to the people" to "the cops need to move in and deal with this shit right fucking now."

Yeah, that one guy turned up on day two with a car boot full of AR15s and just started handing them out to form his own militia. Just like some Somali warlord he literally pulled a “Look at me, look at me, this is my Autonomous Zone now”.
