When? Very different thing to ask for a country seeking reparations immediately after a war vs asking for reparations for individuals based on racial identification for something that may or may not have happened to their ancestors more than one hundred years ago.

If it was 1945 I can understand it. But war reparations after world war 1 were a direct leading cause to Nazism and world war 2.

Right wing when it comes to societal stuff - nationalists, heavily pro-church, anti-LGBT, etc.

Socialists by making taxes bigger and giving away money left and right, which makes inflation worse and doesn't really help people. But they're pretty much doing this to buy votes from poor and dumb and older people.

No, socialism is an economic system where the government or "community" owns the means of production, ie. no private property rights. Spending government money so people are happy in the present but miserable in the future is populism. Sometimes they go hand in hand but not always.
