Absolutely that did not happen, I have no idea where your getting that info.

We had a women's shelter, and a program where men were able to stay in rental units away from the shelter (also funded by the programs we had). You are sadly and gladly misinformed and spreading lies about that.

Which would make you knowledgeable about that shelter and others around it, but hardly every shelter everywhere...Beyond that you are pretty much pulling a "trust me bro"...
