I mean the accusation's the other way around, that they say anyone who's "transphobic" (and here they include people who think you need dysphoria to be trans) is one of these she-hoteps

that's like calling an Indian nationalist an Aryan supremacist or something, it's just too far out in left field

All of them? Radfems don't believe TW are female (which they are not) and therefore cannot speak to the plight of women. So yes, they are trans exclusionary towards men, but TM are women and so are therefore included under the broad umbrella of feminism.

Nobody thinks TW are female. Honestly, I don't think even most trannies do.

Its somewhat strange but they are also the originators of the entire "no bio differences between the sexes" as well. The RFs that is.

And frankly the screaming horde of nutjobs is/was their goto response to things they don't like, which is why they can cry me a river
