TRANSGENDERIs this California bill, Minors: consent to mental health services, an attempt to make it legal for children 12-17 to consent to “gender medicine”? Haven’t they been claiming that being trans isn’t a mental illness?

In theory making it easier for kids to get counseling sounds like a good thing, but yeah, I think you're right to be suspicious about the intent here.

It’s the permission for the medical professionals to keep it secret from parents that raises my suspicions. It seems that the progressive left in the US is going out of their way to take responsibility for children away from parents and either hand it to NGOs or straight up to groomer psychologists and social workers. It’s very strange to my eyes and even as someone on the left myself, I just don’t understand why they’re doing it - unless they’re actually trying to undermine the family, which is pure evil.
