Basically when these fetishists go on estrogen it suppresses their sex drive and they pause their death grip fappathon long enough for the skin to start healing. The healing skin then has a natural musky smell as the microbiome rebalances.

Honestly, the healing skin thing is less likely than "in addition to 'you can smell this person from the words they typed, the smell is so horrific it gets in your mouth and taste it. You can almost see the "feminine fumes" coming off of them and know they'd take paint off if they're near anything, you can almost hear the bacteria on them multiply- you have to go there in a hazmat suit in the hope none of it rubs off on you. They are completely repulsive to every single sense there is."
