Classy. Part of the reason I dropped Reddit was that subreddits are just echochambers. People end up encouraging each other and escalating, and become parodies of themselves. Don't want kids? Cool. Not something to brag about, shouldn't be your entire identity. These people are in hugbubbles where they assume everyone else thinks like them, then they move out into the real world and feel persecuted because their personalities have become terrible and nobody likes them.

The CF sub is filled with some of the most horrifically toxic and outright hateful people I've seen on Reddit (admittedly, I don't frequent places like AHS or the troon subs where the membership is just raw sewage in a meat suit). It doesn't matter how tame a post there starts off, it almost always devolves into a circlejerk of hate. And they act all wounded and defensive when people point out their hateful shit, claiming that it's not all of them but those rage posts and comments are upvoting by themselves, right?
