Why would a gay man want to fuck a trans woman? That makes no sense. And if you're a trans woman, doesn't fucking dudes make you straight? No wonder they have a high suicide rate. They ruin everything good in their lives.

He doesn't, but he's been guilted and browbeaten into doing in the name of being progressive. Progressives have drummed it into him that they, and they alone, are on his side and support his rights. And now, with the trans being new darlings of the progressives, the price for their prior support of the gays has come due, and the latter has to put out for trannies to validate them. Anything else, any hint of refusal on the part of the gays, and they instantly get two barrels worth of "you're just like the people who hate and want to drestroy you."

I'm not sure if you're confused or it's just the incredibly mixed up terminology, but to be clear these were biological biological women who identify as gay men. As for why real gay men would fuck them, just speculating but it's not too hard for a women to pass as an effeminate man, so if that was their type, these ladies might well have looked pretty hot until clothes came off.
