That's actually a pretty good surgical results though. You should see some of the funky geometry some of these poor girls are being given. The scars are down to patient self-care compliance with aftercare instructions. Surprising that a crazy person can't stave off scars.

The scars are better than having tits if your particular kind of crazy involves thinking you're a man when you're not.

Most of their victims kill themselves anyway, so I doubt they worry too much about malpractice suits that would otherwise be inevitable.
