Wow, what a brilliant defense! "I identify as someone who's incapable of sexual assault." Case dismissed!

I would sentence this guy to a long prison term for the crime of being insufferable.

If only the Catholic Church had realized that this was a viable strategy. "Your Honor, all Catholic priests take a vow of celibacy, so clearly they couldn't have raped these thousands of children."
