I am reminded of that Mister Metokur video on BitChute. Not an easy video to watch. I cannot understand why anyone would do that. But she did it to her arm, as opposed to her leg! That scar is never going away. At least a leg can be invisible. But it’s still horrific.

She looks like a meat robot who crawled out of a dump.

The operation was developed to be used for men who had been born with a severe genital defect or had lost their penes through disease or trauma. It was never supposed to be done to otherwise healthy adolescent girls, and the monsters doing it to them now should be incarcerated alongside the surgeons performing mastectomies and hysterectomy/salping-oophorectomies on healthy patients. Fucking bunch of Mengelesque bastards.

Not only was it developed for men, it was developed in WW1.

This technique hasn't improved for 100 years.

In fact I bet if they were dealing with a veteran now they wouldn't do this, they'd recommend something else.

WWI brought about the birth of modern plastic surgery, burn treatments and various other surgical interventions.

That said, phalloplasty as it is done today is a post-WWII development (there was a form done in the 20s using an extracted rib I think), but it really only became practical when microsurgical techniques were developed, and the development of various penile implants (inflatable or rigid rods).

It has very much improved over the 70 or so years it has been done, as all surgical reconstruction procedures have.

Suicide is fairly prevalent in men who lose their penises (to trauma or disease) so I wouldn’t blame a man for deciding to go through with it. But that’s a totally different situation to a healthy teenage/adolescent girl deciding to undergo the procedure because of a nebulous feeling.

They don't do any micro surgery on these women.

They just give them a roll of skin. Most don't have implants because they have to be changed every 10 years. They don't even bother making them functional for urinating usually. More commonly they divert the urine into the bowel.

Even a man who's lost his dick is better off without this surgery. I understand it's traumatic. On top of that he'd have to sit down to pee and cannot have proper sex. But this would be the case even with that leg-skin surgery, except he can stand up to pee if he holds the extended urethra pipe carefully.

More than scarring, I'd expect permanent loss of function and probably feeling.

Just looked-up the Mister Metokur video, ya that is damn tough to watch. I don't get why the hell person in the OP wouldn't use their thigh skin either, makes me question their mental state all the more.

A friend of mine stopped watching after a few minutes. It made him feel sicker than any other video. And he's seen videos of people getting run over by motor vehicles.
