A real transsexual woman wouldn't want to show her male genitalia. And would be on hormones that would stop her from being able to masturbate with them.

SRS is a brutal operation and the benefits usually don't outweigh the troubles it brings unless you have extreme genital dysphoria. Not to mention how risky it is.

Are you saying a transsexual is not someone who had the surgeries? Are you equating having this dysphoria with being a transexual? This seems to be a new, perhaps unique to you, definition.

Lots of people take most of the other treatments without SRS. It's a big price to pay for something so hidden and irrelevant under hormone therapy, especially since the new genitals are fake and don't work anyway. The key is that it's a medical condition they're born with, not a matter of "gender identity", and happens precisely because biological sex matters and has real consequences. Transsexuals are usually considered transphobic by the woke left because they have dysphoria over biological sex, which the woke left denies exists or is of any importance.
