Not really. Liberalism is individualist, not collectivist. The NEO-Liberals are a bit of different animal. They have made an unholy alliance with Marxism for profits but there are a lot of real "classical" liberals out there in hiding.

Classical Liberalism is still Liberalism, and while it's more individualistic, it's still self-centered — just like Neoliberalism and Marxism. These ideologies focus on "what can I get?" rather than "how can I help?".
