    Agreed. It would be nice to muster a team to develop and share a "Best Of SaidIt" Weekly and/or Monthly for folks who don't have the time nor interest in deep dives or dredging through all the repetitive news to find the best one on an issue. IMO this idea has the potential to generate income for SaidIt so that we may expand resources and set code-bounties to add functionality to SaidIt and beyond.

    Federating on Lemmy with other instances, different communities could submit their top 3 (or whatever) articles/issues into a regular federated news summary source.

      Indeed! Yes! But it's not a Reddit-clone.

      Now if you can create Reddit and/or Facebook re-skinning I'm sure you might get a lot more interest from lazy users accustomed to their habbits. Make it decentralized and you've got dynamite!
