Yes, but voat also stood by while they let neonazis take over the site, and we don't intend for the same to happen here

I'll help. We can only do this together. The only way we can do this is keeping the quality of the site high enough that we won't get blacklisted from jobs by mere association. (Well, from jobs that we'd want to have, anyway.)
