Emmanuel Katto believes Africa has long been known for its abundant mineral resources, which include gold, diamonds, copper, cobalt, and many other precious minerals. But a lot of the time, these resources have been underused or exported as raw materials, which has resulted in a lost chance for the economic growth of the continent.
