Gotta agree with socks here. The dynamics of having chat emperor assigned to the first person to log in is fucking terrible.

no, i do not.

would i want such a thing? no, i would not.

do you know that is what they do in the jails and prisons? they monitor the prisoner's phone calls.

a prisoner's calls are moderated.

i dont personally want or need a moderator to decide who gets to stay and who gets kicked out.
