I'm anti racism a bit. But so is everyone who wants the best future for their children.

You're saying your children are half-breeds, or not White at all.

My meaning is that society is better and stronger if the best person is doing each job. That means better and stronger without sexism or racism or homophobia taking a part in any decision.

How do you know that my children are any part white? They could be half-breed New Zealand Maori and Han Chinese, for all you know.
