My meaning is that society is better and stronger if the best person is doing each job. That means better and stronger without sexism or racism or homophobia taking a part in any decision.

How do you know that my children are any part white? They could be half-breed New Zealand Maori and Han Chinese, for all you know.

That is only true in highly racist circumstances.
