I'm not sure if it's hard to code, but how about a Quaranteen sub where all the ''removed'' get stored in.

so if someone want to know what was remove they just go on s/Quaranteen and then realise it was a spam? It could stop all the drama.

It's possible, but it's a lot of work to make a sub literally no one will look at. All removed things are already listed in the mod log for each sub
