Free speech is a problem, because maybe you as a website creator are a die-hard advocate of free speech, the server host might not be. Moreover, they might bring up the idea that their other hosted sites might balk at being hosted at the same company as your site and its "hateful content".

    BLMites might say that "In my opinion, African-Americans should go back to Africa." is hate speech. Just pointing it out.
