How do you know this was the first time?

In any case, I am not concerned by this so much. If someone wants to take something I said out of context, I will either point out said context or block them.

I actually like the notion that someone might go through my history and use that to potentially point out an inconsistency in my logic somewhere. Seeking to be proven wrong is a requirement for finding truth.

As a guy that used to reddit a ton, sometimes you want to look at someone's history because they said something insightful and you want to look through and see what else you can learn from them.

So it's not just like people want to look at your history for reasons you wouldn't like. That is, unless you're a clown posting low-quality garbage as u/qbn said.

Exactly, when I was on Reddit there were certain Reddit users who consistently posted smart takes, and I went through their history to read all the other clever things they said in the past. It was fun to "get to know" a certain subredditor this way.
