However neither d3rr nor myself have the apple dev environment required to develop it... that's one of the big hurdles too.

lmfao get your setup done and i might send you my appletv 4k thats collecting dust because I dont have anothr apple device to get a dev account to jailbreak it ad thus its useless.

Do you have a apple computer and phone you can use to develop the iOS app?

No, but honestly... Even if I did I'd be cautious to contribute that heavily at thisppoint. Imagine you're a new user, first post on FP is a shitshow and after exploring a bit I find out you're the admin (d3rr another I assume). I'd have to see some progress with user interaction or platform changes before I'll investe mre time than lurkin and commenting. With the 70 point roadmap being private, we'll have to go slow baby.

Sure thing, no worries. We've been here 2 years, and I was just excited at the prospect of someone having the required setup to port that beam app haha. Anyway, welcome to saidit, glad to have you here

Magnora, why not first fix and beautify the design, css and such of the front end and then go for IOS, which I really doubt is gonna yield traffic for this sub anyway...? You first need eyes and users on the browser part and then branch to the apps, like everyone else is doing. A solid web app optimized to work on android and iphone would be a much better investment atm imo.... Do you have a long term goal for the site? Do you need help from amateur devs and in what way?
