Moderation is not censorship, I know your community has a hard time believing that but someone has to be able to draw the line

It is but not all censorship is bad, but you're dogwhistling for unnecessary censorship which is bad.

Brandon committed actual crimes on his streams. He did drugs, assaulted people and filmed himself stealing from stores. Anyone would get banned for that.

Bullshit, what he supposedly got banned for was weak compared to what I've seen on Ice Poseidon and others streams on Youtube. They didn't just ban him they BANNED him. Others were allowed to make alts and stream but Brandon was wiped out quick whenever he made an alt. It was pretty obvious Ice, SSJ, and Trusted Flagger were in on it.

He literally picked them up with a camera in his hand and told them what was going on. The escort girl was a hidden camera, I won't deny that one. Just because I point out your inaccuracies doesn't mean I defend his actions, I just want you to be truthful.

Ok my memory might not be correct on the Mexican one and if so I apologize, I'd need to see the footage again but even so that humiliation of having them get down on all fours and bark like dogs was fucking disgusting.

Sending threats does not fall under free speech

Wasn't a threat

It's completely relevant because you put on some holier than thou act as if your community is the beacon of justice. You are hypocrites

I mean it's not hard to be holier than Ice Piss and other degenerate streamers, but I don't think people in general see the community as some beacon of justice. It's just one of the few places you can criticize streamers without heavy-handed censorship. Most of it is in good fun and memes. Of course in a community of thousands you'll find some hypocrisy, almost everyone displays some hypocrisy at some point or another. Still irrelevant to whether Ice Poseidon can be criticized or exposed. You do know what the Tu quoque fallacy is right?
