I don't recall saying that, but I did give the OP a hard time for being hostile and lacking understanding about being multilingual, which he clearly is not.

If he is a Jewish Israeli then he must be bilingual: Hebrew and English

edit: At LEAST Bilingual. A lot of Israelis can speak Yiddish too
