You are right, but when people talk about ugly, they are talking about a persons face, and there is no way you can improve that. Being buff doesnt make you good looking if your face is ugly. It sucks but its the way it is, if you are ugly, you are ugly. You can still get pussy 100%, anyone can, but you need to lower your standards if you are ugly. A lot of these people think they deserve women that are on a different level than them and that is the problem.
