can someone explain to me how i can upload a picture said from imgur and make it previewable.

Via the submit a new link a get no previews

and via the sumbit text post i get a preview but only of the text and the imgur link i want the imgur link to be previewable

These features are disabled for security for the next few days or week. The best you can do now is to make a text post with an image link in it.
