I never post anything I haven't seen or read. I listen/watch to everything at 2.75-3x speed, sometimes faster, sometimes slower. 1x for music. I never post shitty stuff and I also see enough of that, nor if I see redundant stuff. Today I posted about blacksmithing a blade and watched like 6 other videos on it. I'm fascinated by a lot. If it's just okay but is interesting or unique in some way justifiable I'll share it. Obviously fantastic stuff must be shared. I have a problem with limiting it to one sub if the topics span several.

I also multitask. While listening and occasionally glancing when interesting or when necessary my hands and eyes are free to do other things, even read or type simultaneously to a degree. I have to stop if I really need to concentrate, read, or compose. Today I moved two entire book shelves and rearranged my place a bit - while listening to all those posts, taking breaks and/or watching on occasion. I need to tidy up to make it more like a presentable office for several reasons and several projects.
