Doesn't really matter what evidence comes to light. They've gone way too far now to ever let Chauvin out. If stuff keeps popping up exonerating Chauvin, he'll suddenly die in prison under mysterious circumstances. For any given establishment stooge, the fallout from that would be less bad than letting Chauvin out, facing uncomfortable questions and charges, not to mention dealing with the inevitable nationwide chimpout.

When evidence is fabricated or falsified, trials are often thrown out.

Why did chauvins lawyer appeal to the supreme court on grounds that his trial should have been given a change of venue cuz of people being biased around where they held it? Why not bring up the autopsy in the appeal? Chauvin is also appealing cuz of a pathologist who has a theory about how floyd died but based on what evidence? That's not enough to get not guilty when he himself pled guilty already. Did chauvin have bad lawyers? Fire them now then!
