I agree, except for the choice of the word Libertarian.

One can be against authoritarianism but also against (what can be argued to be) anarchy and/or hedonism.

Ill be the first person to dismiss someone for engaging in unnecessary semantics - but in this case, I think; as metallica once said "Words do matter".

The voluntary interaction in libertarianism is decent - but the unruled masses are not like you or I. They will turn it into (or be tricked into) a world of "do what thou will" - and we all know who wants that stuff.

Now that I think about it more - I had to touch it up a bit.

A+++

I'd rather take my chances with "Libertarians".

In Europe "libertarian" means socialist-anarchist.

The New Deal was a socialists idea that was borrowed by FDR.

Authoritarians, not people who just use authority in some contexts like a soccer coach or squad leader, but those who rule over a society, are always predatory and they always except themselves from their own laws, establishing a 2 tiered system where epstein gets to fly overhead while michael hastings gets murdered.

Also, communism has never been actually implemented on a large scale, if you know how to see through propaganda(which people like jordan peterson cannot...) and is a kindof ridiculous word. I know of no actual experiment with the absence of property ownership larger than a few hundred people, and no one I know if is recommending that. Nor is it possible in a world where land ownership is required to control what happens on that land.

So people talking a lot about communism like it is some scary possibility are silly, but there is no organization like an ecovillage that can share ownership if only one person has to sign on the dotted line.

That is actually a corporation, where a board of directors share ownership of the company...and that is why worker cooperatives and unions can be good if implemented properly.

Which would lead to my suggested system of symbiotic harmonism, or parecon, or contributionism.
