That tracks. As soon as I saw the headlines, I said “bet you it’s a custody case.”

And look at that, Mr. White Knight over here was helping a divorced mom deny the father custody. Bet he thought he was being a real hero.

It was the children's aunt who had custody of them. The children's mom took her kids to her apartment, a ten minute drive away, which she rented from Fabian Marta.

Fabian Marta's only supposed crime was he declined to help the police break into and enter his tenant's home. He would only actually have been committing a crime if he had actually participated in the police's conspiracy to break into and enter her home. If the police had a warrant or other legal authority to enter the home then they can do it without his help.
