"inciting another to do sexual act without consent"... come on now, that can't actually be a crime.

He allegedly presented a female worker with a doctors certificate which he claimed showed he suffered from spontaneous erections and that he treated the painful condition with grapeseed oil.

The court heard the man allegedly asked the woman if she could assist him by rubbing the oil on his groin.

The woman agreed to the request

Sounds like consent to me, she could have just said no, but she didn't, she said yes. This bitch is crazy, 'oh he has a doctor's note, surely my boss would want me to lube him up in the store'?

This man is clearly a Jedi Master, and I for one think he is a hero

She must have found out after the fact, that he wasn't an astronaut millionaire, so then it became retroactive assault.
