I think that there's no effective evidence based treatment.

Sufferers do feel better if they amputate the limb, but this is always dangerous, as it's never done in a surgical environment since deciding to amputate a healthy limb is not something that any first world surgical team would contemplate.

M-F Gender reassignment surgery isn't "lopping off dicks". You have to construct a vagina out of the material so that the patient keeps some sexual function.

Mastectomies are performed. Mostly cancer treatment or avoidance.

So you think a vagina and vulva is an amputated penis and testes ... and a penis and testes is also an amputated vagina and vulva?

You should contact the schools you've attended. You've got pretty good grounds for a refund.
