How exactly does someone manage to do something this blatant AT LEAST 83 TIMES OVER AT LEAST 40 YEARS to adult women and not have any of them complain or go to the police until now?

There's a lot of protections for doctors and dentists and not much oversight. Bad reviews disappear. These rich fucks are usually connected, and going after them isn't cheap.
