Assuming an outside force somehow makes a modification.

It's still not evolution.

Terrain theory models reality.
Germ theory doesn't.

Viruses aren't even germs. They're a PSYOP that was needed when antibiotics appeared on the scene.

I'm still waiting for the first virus to be isolated.

How are they pretending that viruses have evolved, when they have yet to isolate any of them?

Isolate means to have a pure substance, and no additional contamination.
