This misrepresentation of data by the governments was already known from the start.
They broke all former standards. The former standards included a full investigation.

First: ANY death with Covid symptoms, including any lung infection, was considered a covid death.
Later with PCR: ANY death with a positive PCR test was considered a Covid death. To increase this rate, the PCR test was used 35 or even 60 replication cycles, against all standards. This gives 99% false positives. The official PCR test (Koch institute) was also calibrated from patients who likely had the flu. With an accurate calibration, the cycle count should be around 24, and it still needs additional checks.
Later again: The antibody tests were often giving false positives, often depending on what people consumed. Children often used this to skip school.

Not many in the business complained, because there were high rewards for treating Covid patients... and for Covid deaths.

There were better more accurate tests, and they showed 50x to 100x less false positives. These accurate tests should have been used to establish a scientific basis for the treatments.

Based on doctors who probably worked with actual patients, the Ivermectin, Budesonide, HCQ+Z and such were very effective. Even vitamin-D was enough to minimize the disease.

In practice the death-rate was similar to the cold.
The real disease were Big Pharma and the governments.
