It's a subtle trifecta: based on a search of the name and the face, the ad on the bench features Jamar Hardy, "Director of Diversity and Inclusion" at a Minneapolis real estate office.

Why America.....Oh. Oh wait I see. Yeah, that is unfortunately right in our wheelhouse.

And the answer is no. Not in the case of a direct shot it would take an insane amount of fat to stop the bullet. More than even Americans could have. However, perhaps in a ricochet where the bullet has lost a significant amount of initial velocity before hitting said fat ass and potentially being lodged in the fatty area and saved a vital organ.
