The anti-China crowd was all about dropping Covid controls and now that people in China are dying they're all about blasting China for having death. The real message is once again typical Western schadenfreude.

The anti-china crowd also noticed China's coof infection rates were through the roof despite welding apartment gates shut to keep people inside. When zero-covid intersected with "as infectious as measles" and it obviously wasn't working, AND the people were starting to riot, the commies relaxed restrictions a little bit and shock surprise the exponential increases already underway . . . continued.

Covid can't be contained, but rioting populace can be placated by for-show concessions.

note: the guy says being against china's zero-covid policy is partly your fault this is happening. Not that this was the inevitable result of a zero covid policy, which is the actual case
