The shoes, can represent many things, but the back story for the shoe narrative is pretty stupid. What I mean, is that in Ohio there's a bunch of shoes, apparently all of the people were so scared the jumped out of their shoes, lol. The shoe is a calling symbol. The shoe and/or blue slipper represents a masonic deed being done for which benefits the masonic order.
