As soon as I saw the pictures of shoes outside the nightclub, I knew it was fake / a deliberate op. Its one of their gloating calling cards, so they can announce to the world that they are laughing at us.

The shoes, can represent many things, but the back story for the shoe narrative is pretty stupid. What I mean, is that in Ohio there's a bunch of shoes, apparently all of the people were so scared the jumped out of their shoes, lol. The shoe is a calling symbol. The shoe and/or blue slipper represents a masonic deed being done for which benefits the masonic order.
