There are links in the thread purporting to prove vibrators do not desensitize women, but afaik they most certainly do. Women who use vibrators to orgasm tend to need vibrators to orgasm.

Not so much desensitization, but more like accustomization. No human can do what a vibrator does, and she likes what it does.
